    While the home at 716 Alvarado Row was being constructed, Esther and Josh left on a trip. As every detail had been adequately covered, both assumed that everything would go as expected. Upon their return, Esther and Josh were shocked to find that the workmen decided to save money, and disregarded their instructions. The workman in charge substituted brick that was supposed to look like rock around the fireplace, using pink colored brick instead. Of course, it was necessary to repair the appearance of the fireplace. Here you see Josh making the repairs!
